Our Story
Our baseball story goes back to 2009. We made a trip to Busch Stadium that summer, and as Braves fans, we also road-tripped to Atlanta to catch an entire series. At the time, we weren't trying to visit every ballpark. We just liked baseball and liked taking baseball trips together.
Things really got rolling in 2012 when Josh gave Sam a baseball trip for their first anniversary gift. We went to a Brewers game and a Cubs game on the same trip, and somewhere along the way we started talking about how many ballparks we could knock off if we kept doing this every year.
Before long, Ellie, Tilly, and Poppy were coming along too. Somewhere along the way, baseball stopped being something we watched and became something we did as a family. We started planning vacations around games, keeping track of parks we'd visited, and looking for excuses to squeeze another stadium into a trip.
In June 2025, we finished all 30 active Major League ballparks. That's a pretty cool accomplishment, but it's only part of the story. Along the way we saw parks that no longer exist, added minor league and independent league stadiums to the list, got hooked on Banana Ball, and made enough baseball trips that we're usually talking about the next one before the current one is over.
This site is where we keep track of all of it. The parks, the teams, the games, the photos, and the memories. The list keeps growing, and honestly, we hope it always does.
